You need to throw away all the trash that remind you of him or belonged to him. in this way you will remember him less and also by doing so you can make your self forget about the past instances and then you can very well think lees of the memories that you shared with him. He is the best thing that has ever happened to you at least that is what you thought so you need to forget him completely. He is not at all worth you. He is very thing that you do not deserve.
